Cashless is a payment system designed to make your visit as easy as possible. You’ll receive a wristband that you can load with the amount of your choice. You can use it to pay at any bar, food truck, or the or merchandise stand throughout the festivalgrounds—quickly and easily.

Yes, absolutely. Your wristband is protected by high-security encryption, so your balance and personal data cannot be copied or stolen.
You'll receive your wristband as soon as you scan your ticket at the entrance.
Your wristband is your only form of payment throughout the festival grounds. You can use it to pay everywhere—at bars, food trucks, and the merchandise stand.
Your wristband is valid for the entire festival. For security reasons, there is a maximum credit limit of 250 euros per top-up.

Should you lose your wristband, you can get a new one by presenting your ticket at the Info Point at Gate 1.
If you have set up a user account, your loaded money is linked to your ticket and will also be available to you with a new wristband.
If you haven't set up a user account, your deposited money is unfortunately lost.
You can simply dispose of your wristband if you have already had your money refunded or if you wish to donate the credit balance.
However, you must not put the chip in the general household waste. To dispose of it, you can simply hand it in as electronic waste at the same place where you would hand in batteries.

You can top up your card online before the festival. During the festival, you can top up at any time at our top-up stations. These are located outside the information and merchandise stand.
At the venue, you can pay at the top-up stations using a debit or credit card, Google Pay or Apple Pay. You can only top up your wristband with cash directly at the merchandise stand.
Sign up on the Cashless website using your email address and ticket number. In your account, select your preferred top-up option, add it to your cart, and pay using one of the available payment methods.
It’s best to top up enough for your entire visit—that way, you’ll avoid waiting in line at the charging stations. The standard limit per wristband is €250.
Your wristband is valid for the entire duration of the festival, and you can use it as often as you like.
