The Paper

Rrrritsch! Marja spannt ein unbeschriebenes Blatt in die Schreibmaschine ein. Doch das Papier hat eigene Pläne. Marjas zahlreiche Versuche, es zu bändigen, enden mit einer Überraschung – für beide. In ihrer Stop-Trick-Animation nimmt Katariina Haukka den viel zitierten Kampf mit dem weißen Blatt wörtlich, der nur durch Kreativität gewonnen werden kann.

Rrrrritch! Marja feeds a blank piece of paper into the typewriter. But the paper has plans of its own. All of Marja’s many attempts to get it under control end with a surprise – for both of them. In her stop motion animation film, Katariina Haukka takes the ubiquitous struggle with the empty page literally. A fight that can only be won by using creativity.
